My Supplement Guide
I believe most of our nutrients should come from whole food sources, we still need to be able to fill the nutritional gaps that exist due to poor soil quality, lack of accessibility to quality foods, and the stress of our everyday life. Eating Healthy & Dining Out
I don’t know about you, but one of the hardest things about coming out of quarantine was getting used to eating out again. My body had adjusted to eating every meal at home and going back out to lunch meetings, coffee meetings, and drinks was a shock to the system. This kind of mindset was paralyzing to me.
